It’s time for one more of the Sakura-con group cosplay photoshoots with Balance, this time it’s with the girls from the popular (and free) visual novel Doki Doki Literature Club! The best way to describe the game is to tell people to play it for themselves, but if you really need to give an explanation but without giving off too much one could say it’s a very cute dating game… with a twist.

Hey everyone! Rin, Uzuki and I are all back from Seattle (WA) and we had a blast of a time! Rin and Uzuki got to meet up with Mio and do some sightseeing in Seattle while I was attending the Sakura-con 2018 convention, meeting friends and doing cosplay photoshoots with Balance. I took a total of 1800 photos during this trip so look forward to a post covering the Sakura-con convention and hallway cosplay shots and after that posts of the joint cosplay photoshoots I did with Balance and his clients.

Spring has come and gone. Things around us constantly change, sometimes when we’re not ready for it, so we tend to sit back and contemplate about what has happened and what is going to come. And if there’s someone who looks like she’s always thinking about stuff it’s my figure of Yukino Yukinoshita by Kotobukia.

But metaphors and wise words aside, the real reason I choose to have a photoshoot with Yukino in spring is because I realized I haven’t done a photoshoot with her until now, so it was about time. Maybe that’s why she’s been looking so displeased all this time.

Is everyone enjoying their Valentine’s day? I myself have been working overtime instead, not by choice though. But I have managed to unbox some new figures and take, er, one photo of them!

Rin Tohsaka is showing how it’s done properly! If you really want your loved one(s) to know your feelings then there’s 1) make sure you let them know (don’t keep it to yourself), 2) don’t lie about how much you love them (notice Rin made a lot of hearts) and 3) tell them sooner than later (they’re still in school but Rin waited till it was evening). I’m not sure if Emiya Shirou is overwhelmed or just surprised cause Rin slammed the basket onto the table.

In any case, I for one think Rin is really cute like this, she’s one of my favorite characters after all!

Two years ago from now there was spring. Two years ago I also got a cute kitten (though she really isn’t one) to my collection; Sasami Sasasegawa (figure by Alter). The sun was back then shining and the flowers were blooming, so I took her out into the wild for some photos.

Two more shots included this time that I didn’t release the first time on G+ two years ago. Also completely redone the processing. Enjoy~!

It’s easy to say that I’m a fan of Good Smile Company’s figures. I simply like the excellent quality they have. So when I found another second hand Bakemonogatari figure, unopened, I couldn’t resist ordering it. (This hobby is about resisting buying, isn’t it, after all.)

Time again for some older photos, these ones taken in the summer of 2013.

I’d like to say that one of the best types of pictures are those with some sort of conflict within the frame. So naturally Kirino Kousaka and Ruri Gokou from Oreimo (My Little Sister Can’t Be This Cute) suited well for an idea of a Weiβ Schwarz game picture. Since my Kirino figma, with her short temper, also has a shouting face she was pretty much a natural choice anyway.

I’ve redone the processing on these since I wasn’t all that happy with them from the first time released.
